The III CIS Forum on Rare Diseases is an international expert platform focused on rare disease policy, orphan medicines, patient access, health technology assessment, regulatory development, and cross-border cooperation.
The Forum will bring together participants from CIS countries, as well as experts and partners from BRICS and the MENA region, to discuss practical approaches to improving access to diagnosis, treatment, and sustainable healthcare solutions for people living with rare diseases.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is required to receive access to the online broadcast and Forum materials.
Why this Forum Matters
Rare diseases remain one of the most complex areas for healthcare systems due to delayed diagnosis, limited treatment options, fragmented financing pathways, and unequal access across countries. The Forum provides a platform for strategic dialogue and practical cooperation aimed at improving patient outcomes and strengthening healthcare policy responses.
Forum Participants
The Forum is designed for a broad range of stakeholders involved in rare disease policy, care delivery, evaluation, and access.
